Tunnel is a private, invitation-only personal shopping lookbook run by Rob. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send when you request access: your name, how to reach you (mobile, email or Instagram), and anything else you choose to share (sizes, who referred you, notes).
• Your account details: the username Rob gives you, your sizes, and, if you share it, your email.
• What you do in your lookbook: the pieces you heart, the sizes you pick, the delivery address you give, and your invoices and payment status.
• Basic visit information: when you visit, how long you stay, the type of device, and your approximate location (city and state), worked out from your internet connection. Your IP address isn't stored.

How we use it

Only to pick pieces for you, confirm stock, send your invoices and orders, keep track of payments, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only you and Rob. Other clients can't see your account, your picks or your invoices.

Your choices

You can ask Rob at any time to update or delete your account and information. Text 240-595-0058.
